Enhancement-Led Institutional Review (ELIR) is the process used by the Quality Assurance Agency Scotland (QAA) to review how well a higher education institution manages and maintains its academic standards and quality. Edinburgh Napier will next be reviewed in early 2011 and we will be preparing for this throughout 2010.
