The Napier Law Society welcomes all new students with an interest in the law. New members are welcome to take up an active role in the Society alongside current members of which the majority are Napier law students.

Current activities and projects include organising and welcoming guest speakers to the university, specifically judges and other legal practitioners, the operating of a law clinic providing legal advice to the voluntary sector and the organising of social events including nights out and an end of year ball. Activities and events are fun, whilst also providing a tangible C.V. benefit for members.

Our website and regular meetings are a great way to meet and keep in touch with the law society members who include associates from other institutions and also members of staff. We also have our very own Facebook group named the “Edinburgh Napier Law Society”, go check out our page and feel free to become a member.

This year the Society is providing a mentoring program specifically geared towards 1st year law students on both BA and LLB programs. We believe the opportunity to learn from students who already have experience of studying law will be of great benefit to those who feel that they would like to take advantage of this service.

We are happy to offer our exclusive, chic and witty society hoodies to all of our members for a small cost.
