Post-Graduate Society

The Edinburgh Napier Post-Graduate Society (PoGS) was established in 2008-09 by a group of post-graduates who recognised that the spread of the Napier campuses, and indeed all Universities across Edinburgh, were such that it made it difficult to meet and interact with other post-graduates. PoGS aims to unite Napier post-graduate students, both socially and academically by providing a platform for all post-graduate students to 'get involved' in the University's rich student culture through pub nights, sporting activities and events.

PoGS meet a few times a month at various places, but can usually be found at the NSA Union Bar on Thursday evenings after about 8pm. The group also stages several events every term, many of which are "mixer" type events with Heriot-Watt, Queen Margaret and Edinburgh University post-graduates, including the ever popular "bowling nights" versus Heriot Watt. For more information and to find out what is coming up, contact the PoGS Executives at Napier.PoGS@googlemail.com and join in the fun!
