Napier Dance

After another fantastic and successful year, Napier Dance returns this fall, once again, bringing the finest and craziest grooves to the Napier grounds.

The club kicked off 2 years ago and has grown significantly as we out-reach to competitions, festivals and performances throughout UK and other Universities. Napier Dance’s “ACKKDiV” crew has performed in Dundee University’s ‘Dance Workshop’ and also St Andrew’s “On The Rocks” festival. We bring you classes of various styles including Hip-hop, Salsa and Contemporary at our selected venues. If we do not run classes for the style you particularly want to learn, this year we are giving you the opportunity to voice out your preferred style to help us understand your wants and needs. Should we find a strong demand for a style we do not run classes for, then we will get it up and running. All you have to do is shout and we will do the rest for you. You do not have to be George Sampson or Aidan Davis to participate. We offer just the class to suit your level. Whether you are looking to learn some slick tricks or just looking for some harmless boogie or even just to socialise with style, there is something in it for you.

So what happens once you have learned so many routines and moves? Well, if you fancy impressing the crowds with your wiggle, then pop along to our regular nights out in the hottest clubs down town. Just chill and dance until you drop.

Every class is packed with a fresh and funky routine. Bring yourself along with a bottle of water and a “give it a go” attitude.
