Hockey

Last season Edinburgh Napier University Hockey Club entered both our men’s and women’s hockey teams into the BUSC leagues, with both finishing in the top 3 of their respective leagues. Following from this success we have now created a 2nd women’s team which is a great achievement for Edinburgh Napier hockey - with a 2nd women’s team we are destined for great results in the coming season.

We are one of the largest clubs within the University and in addition to the great hockey being played we also have some of the best nights out. Edinburgh Napier Hockey is a family within a team - both men and women head out on many nights out throughout the year.

As well as playing in Scotland we also take a yearly trip to Amsterdam every Easter to participate in a tournament. We have been Champions twice and been placed in the top 3 several times. This week of hockey is where you truly get to know your team mates and also they get to know you. With alcohol and tents as essential kit this week is not for the faint hearted!

Players of all levels are more than welcome to join our club and become part of our family.
