Event Description

Overview

volunteer
Join ENSA and The Green Team for a conservation project on 23 October. It's a great opportunity to improve the natural environment, make new friends and get outdoors!

During the day we will be removing Salmonberry, an invasive species of plant, from Corstorphine Hill. Salmonberry was introduced by the Victorians and now covers the hill preventing native species from growing.

We will also be exploring the hill, using storm kettles to make hot drinks and have the opportunity to enjoy the amazing views over the city.

Please note that you must book your place and that we will be observing all Covid-19 related safety procedures on the day.

BOOK YOUR PLACE

To book your place for the day, you must download and complete our Consent Form and e-mail it to h.fyfe@napier.ac.uk by no later than 5pm on Tuesday 20 October.
