Student Integrated Rugby Series
Introduction
This coming Wednesday (28th) see’s the first round of the SIRS take place across Scotland. Events in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Dundee and Ayr will give Universities and College’s their first opportunities’ this season to field a side and play some development 10 a side games against other institutions. With the events having run for the past few years now, it has been a great success, seeing a sharp rise in University and College playing numbers in both the men’s and women’s game.
This series is designed to offer regular rugby in a local, flexible and enjoyable format. The events will integrate different types of teams in one competition; with points being accumulated across the series.
We welcome a range of participants such as: freshers, college students, youth groups and U20/ U24 teams from rugby clubs. Furthermore, individuals group together to form their own teams, so grab some mates and get involved whatever your skill level/rugby experience may be.
Regional Series
The events run on the same dates across the country. This year they are running on the following dates:

Wednesday 12th of October
Wednesday 9th of November
Wednesday 30th of November
The events will run in Ayr, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Aberdeen and provide a great platform for College/University and Youth teams to enter.
