Objectives of Fund
The Nancie Massey Charitable Trust, a registered charity since August 1989, offers grants to other charities as well as voluntary organisations that are active in Edinburgh for projects that support the young, the elderly, medical research, education and the arts.
Value Notes
Approximately £150,000 is given annually.
Funding is at the discretion of the Trustees.
Who Can Apply
Eligible organisations must:
- Be a charitable body.
- Be based and operating in the Edinburgh region.
Restrictions
Funding is not available for individual applicants.
Eligible Expenditure
The funding is intended to assist with the costs of projects addressing any of the following:
- Prevention or relief of poverty.
- Advancement of education.
- Advancement of health.
- Advancement of the arts, heritage, culture or science.
- Relief of those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
