Come and take part in our pole class and be physically active in a fun new way while meeting new people! We are now running classes in levels (beginners and intermediate) If you are a beginner or aren't quite sure which level you are at, this class is for you :)
Now to the the building classes are held in: We are located in a secure building that is locked to the public. Please be sure to arrive at the building at least [10 minutes prior to class-bold] and you will be let in by your instructor 5 minutes before your session is due to start (no later and no earlier!). If you miss doors 5 minutes before you will not be permitted in. An Instructor cannot come down to let you in late, and we cannot pick up the phone once class has started. If you miss the warm up you will not be permitted into class - No Exceptions
