Edinburgh Napier Events Society will hold our first official meeting at Cab Vol from 7pm on Thursday 4th October, followed by a social. You don’t have to be a member to come along!
Looking to get involved? We’re recruiting enthusiastic people to fill the following roles:
Secretary
- In charge of all administrative tasks including arranging committee meetings and AGMs, circulating agendas and collating minutes.
- The main point of contact for the society, supporting all other aspects.
Fundraising Coordinator
- Will organise all fundraising for the society, whether for ENES or for charity.
- Leads a team of fundraising volunteers to host a variety of events.
- Can support other ENSA sports clubs and societies.
Opportunities Coordinator
- Takes the lead on regularly finding and sharing event-related volunteering and work opportunities with members.
- Liaises with ENSA and the University and networks within industry.
Activities Coordinator
- Plans event-related activities such as trips, talks and workshops for members.
- Liaises with ENSA and the University and networks within industry.
Marketing Coordinator
- Leads the society’s marketing, utilising a variety of media.
- Preferred skills/experience in graphic design.
Social Convener
- Puts together a busy calendar of social events for society members.
- Can link with other ENSA sports clubs and societies.
