The Scottish Government has announced that people aged under 26 can now get free dental care in Scotland as of 24 August 2021.
This is great news for those of our students who fall into this age bracket! You just need to make sure you register with an NHS Dentist to receive the free care.
You can find a dentist near you using the NHS Inform's 'Find Your Local Service'.
Some dentists may not be able to take on new NHS patients, so you may need to try a few places before you find one. Make sure you ask to register as an NHS patient.
