Right now, due to staff shortages, ENSA cannot meet the high demand for appointments within the 3 working days standard we aim to meet. This is despite our ENSA Advisers working flat out and extra hours to do so. ENSA has made the University aware of this.
Our advice: for those students who want ENSA Advice support with their appeal, make an appointment for as soon as you can get one, BUT do not risk missing the deadline while you wait to see an ENSA Adviser.
Send your appeal form into Richard Bews, the University ACCO, in Sighthill 5.B.18, by the deadline and then see the ENSA Adviser. The adviser can then make a representation to support your appeal afterwards.
