Office Holder training
ENSA arranges training for Sports Office Holders annually, and this year we held a Team Napier residential training weekend for Sports and Societies at the Craigmore Centre near Aberfoyle over the weekend of the 31st-2nd of September 2018.
Induction training covers a variety of information that will be useful to you in executing your Office Holder role, including:
- ENSA’s structure and introduction to the VP Sports & Societies
- Finances and funding
- Sport development and Office Holder roles
- Social Media, Publicity and Marketing
- Resources and facilities
- Health & Safety
- Equality & Diversity
- Office Holder personal development
- Freshers Fair
All of the above information is in the essential Committee Handbook, please refer to this handbook throughout your term as office holder to assist you with your role. If you have any further questions, please contact your VP for Sports & Societies Georgia Moran.
Join the Team Napier Shout Out Group on Facebook to share your events with us and get some free publicity!
Data Protection training
Data Protection training is mandatory for all Office Holders who wish to gain access to their members' personal details online or to collect sign-ups at Freshers Fair.
The training can be accessed here: www.icre8.org.uk/org/Courses/lfhe/dpa/
You must take the test and pass it, and then send proof of this along with a signed Data Protection Declaration to ENSA, either in person in room B34 Merchiston, or via email.
