ENSA arranges training for Societies Office Holders annually.

Induction training covers a variety of information that will be useful to you in executing your Office Holder role, including:

  • Social Media, Publicity and Marketing
  • Resources and facilities
  • Health & Safety

  • Office Holder personal development
  • Freshers Fair

Data Protection Training

Data Protection training is mandatory for all Office Holders who wish to gain access to their members' personal details online or to collect sign-ups at Freshers Fair.

The training can be accessed here:

You must take the test and pass it, and then send proof of this along with a signed Data Protection Declaration to ENSA, either in person in room B34 Merchiston, or via email.
