Who the hell is RON, you may be asking? RON is not a real person and it stands for Re-Open Nominations. This is an option on all of the ballots to say that you do not support one or all of the candidates on that ballot and you'd prefer for the nominations process to be re-opened to allow new candidates to come forward.
You can rank RON in accordance to preference in the ballot just as you would any of the other candidates.
