Overview

Mindfulness is a mind-body approach that uses traditional meditation practices to promote wellbeing and mental health. This month the Counselling and Wellbeing team are running 40 minute sessions every Friday at 1pm.

Online mindfulness is open to those new to mindfulness or those with prior experience. The sessions involve different forms of mindfulness meditation each week, e.g. deep relaxation, compassion meditation, working with emotions. Be prepared to turn off your microphones and video and give yourself some down time to help bring ease to your mind and body in the present moment.
