Event Description

Overview

The first half of this workshop will focus on stretching to improve flexibility. During which, you will work on back, shoulder and leg stretches and work towards splits. You will learn stretching techniques that will assist you in your pole journey and beyond.

The second half of this workshop will provide you with the tools to explore the exotic style of pole dance. Your creativity will develop as you learn pole dance combinations and how to explore sensual movement. You will also learn heels tricks and heels floor-work, this will also be linked together into a small routine.

Suitable clothing: Heels are required and knee-pads are highly recommended. Dress for empowerment. Whatever makes you feel confident... fishnets, bodysuits, lace or even leggings if that’s what you prefer (you will not be needing leg grip). You may change into your outfit at the studio.
