Placements are a fantastic way to gain experience and get an insight into some of the many forms your working life may take.

Why do a Placement in the Third Sector?

Many courses at Edinburgh Napier University now include a placement element to help you to develop workplace and professional skills. Which open up some amazing opportunities within the Charity sector, not only will you be benefiting with the vast array of experiences you can gain but also by choosing to carry out your placement for a charity organisation you are able to put your skills to good use in a sector that relies on the enthusiasm and expertise of volunteers. It doesn’t hurt on your CV either that you’ve chosen to work in this sector!

What can ENSA Volunteering do to help?

We’ve had some fantastic and very successful opportunities for people in the past, if there’s an area that you’re interested in and you’re struggling to find a relevant placement let us know and we’ll see if we can work with any of our charity partners to get you the experience you’re looking for!
