Overview

Two 2-hour classes raising awareness of violence through building a toolkit of methods for de-escalating moments of physical conflict and managing aggression in others.

Using real-life scenarios, you will develop simple physical techniques for evading and escaping violence, and defending yourself; and also learn to develop long-term habits for avoiding dangerous situations.

The sessions are taught by experienced instructors using techniques developed from the martial arts.

We are offering 2 separate courses, please make sure you select the correct ticket when booking:

Course 1: Sunday 8th April (3 - 5pm) & Tuesday 10th April (6 - 8pm)

Course 2: Sunday 15th April (3 - 5pm) & Tuesday 17th April (6 - 8pm)
