What is ENSA Advice?
ENSA Advice is a free, independent, impartial and confidential service for Edinburgh Napier University students. The service is available throughout the year from Monday to Friday and accessible from Merchiston, Craiglockhart and Sighthill campuses.
Our team of professional advisers can provide one-to-one advice to students, face-to-face, over the phone (0131 229 8791), via MS Teams or via e-mail.
We can help you with the following enquiries:
- Academic Appeals
- Extenuating Circumstances / Fit to Sit
- Academic and Non-Academic Misconduct
- Fitness to Practice
- Complaints
- Other issues with your course
- Money Advice (e.g. Student Finance, Tuition Fees,Limited Benefits Advice and Budgeting)
- Housing
- Other welfare matters
If we can’t help you, we’ll signpost you to the right service within the University or to external services.
Global Online Students also have access to our advice service, as do any Students studying on a Transnational Education (TNE) Programme. However, this is in relation to academic advice only.
