Mental health problems can affect anybody at any time. Edinburgh Napier University offers a range of services to support students.

togetherallTogetherall

Togetherall is an online community for mental health support, available 24 hours a day, every day. It provides you with access to an anonymous online student community, monitored by mental health professionals.

You don’t have to post or take part in discussions if you don’t want to. You can simply read what others are sharing, explore wellbeing resources, or complete self-help courses on topics such as sleep, anxiety, low mood etc.

Nobody ever needs to feel alone – support will be there late all through the night and at weekends. Register for free using your University e-mail address. https://togetherall.com/
