Free Outdoor Exercise Classes by ENGAGE

[EN]GAGE sport and fitness centre will be holding outdoor fitness classes for all abilities!

Join them for fun jogging/walking and cycling sessions over lunchtime on Tuesday 12:10-12:45 (walking/jogging) and Thursday 13:00-13:45 (cycling). The sessions will start off with easy slow sessions and build up over time depending on your abilities. If you have a goal, such as a 5k or 10k race that you’d like to aim for or complete then let [EN]GAGE know and they can help you achieve that!

The University has eCycles available for loan, but please request one before the cycling sessions as sometimes they’re all loaned out! Contact to reserve one.
