Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme

The Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016 has taken effect from 1st December 2017, and has introduced a new 'private residential tenancy'. This will apply to all new tenancies from this date.

The next deadline for Academic Appeals is Wednesday 4th October at 2pm. It is the responsibility of any student wanting to appeal to meet this deadline.

SAAS introduces new 'long-term residency' category

The Student Awards Agency Scottland (SAAS), an agency of the Scottish Government giving financial support to eligible students doing a course of higher education in the UK, have recently updated their residency criteria to help support students that have been 'long-term' residents of the UK and who are also classed as 'international'.
