The Yoga and Wellbeing Society is returning for its 5th year!
We aim to create a peaceful space amongst the stress and busy-ness of university life, where we can learn new ways to take care of our minds and bodies.
Classes are on Tuesdays from 7-8pm at the Merchiston campus, we will use the Spond app for weekly class sign-ups via our group ‘Napier Yoga and Wellbeing Members’.
Through weekly yoga sessions, which welcome every level of ability and experience (and no, it doesn’t matter if you’re not flexible!), and through other wellness-focussed events, it’s our hope that you can learn a bit about the practices and about yourself. It’s also just a great way of getting some time to relax away from the pressures of everyday life!
We will be arranging wellbeing workshops and other activities throughout the year, one of these being a retreat – which we did for the very first time last year!
