UNIFORCE 2025 is a flagship, student-led employability initiative connecting five Scottish universities to deliver real-world sustainability projects. UNIFORCE empowers emerging talents to collaborate across disciplines, tackle real-world sustainability challenges, drive social impact, and strengthen local communities.
Following the success of a similar programme last year at Edinburgh Napier University, this year’s programme has engaged 14 inter-university project teams working collaboratively on innovative ideas under the theme “Projects for a Sustainable Scotland.”
Over 8 weeks (October – December 2025), students will design and deliver tangible, community-centred projects that advance their employability skills, foster collaboration, and contribute to Scotland’s green-skills agenda, which translates directly into its future economy.
UNIFORCE is proud to host 61 students, 9 national coordinators, and 21 jury members.
We are excited about the submissions and looking forward to students developing their employability while working towards building a sustainable Scotland.
