We know university can be a stressful time. Between academic commitments, extra-curricular activities, work, and personal circumstances, there’s a lot of competing demands on you as university students.
This is why every year we promote our Feel Fab Feb campaign. We want to promote different ways that you can support your mental, physical, and social wellbeing, to make your student life better.
This year, we are focusing on the NHS recommended ‘5 steps to mental wellbeing’ to help guide you in your pursuit of better wellbeing.

- Pay attention to the present moment
We have events and activities around these 5 themes throughout the month, including a Blood Dontations Drive, Nature Walk, Rec Sport Sessions, International Festival, Craft activities, ceilidhs, and more. Most of the events are free! More events will be added through the month so check back later.
