Call for Napier Student Film Festival Volunteers & Student Ambassadors
The Napier Student Film Festival (NSFF) is a vibrant celebration of creativity, storytelling, and student filmmaking from Napier to universities all around the world. Now in its 2nd edition and scheduled for 5-7 November 2025, the festival will showcase exciting student films, discussions, and networking opportunities, connecting students, academics, and industry professionals. To make this possible, we need passionate students to join our team as Volunteers and Festival Student Ambassadors.
Volunteer Roles
We’re looking for committed students to support in the following areas:
- Front of House & Guest Services – welcoming attendees, guiding guests, and supporting smooth audience experiences.
- Social Media & Communications – promoting events, capturing festival highlights, and engaging online audiences.
- Workshop & Panel Assistants – supporting facilitators, ensuring events run on time, and helping participants.
- Logistics & Operations – helping with set-up, venue coordination, and backstage support.
Festival Student Ambassadors
As a Festival Student Ambassador, you will be a face of the festival on campus. Ambassadors promote events, engage peers, encourage participation, and represent the festival spirit in and beyond Edinburgh Napier University. It’s an opportunity to grow as a student leader while inspiring others to celebrate student film culture.
