We host screenings of a wide variety of films every week! Along with fun socials both sober and non sober, with fancy dress nights out and super chill cinema trips to look forward to!
This year we are adding an aspect of filmmaking to the society as well! With short film showings before screenings, we aim to encourage any one of our members (regardless of experience) to submit their own films to be shown. Giving them an opportunity and sense of encouragement they may not get elsewhere!
Students should join because they love films and enjoying them together! Students and non-students have the opportunity to network and become friends with likeminded people.
The film society is a positive, welcoming environment for people to socialise and meet new people, as well as an exciting space to discover new films and discuss them!
