Non- Academic Misconduct
When joining Edinburgh Napier University, you are expected to behave in a reasonable and proper manner. You will be required to respect the University’s Student Community Code and abide by the standards set out in the Student Conduct Regulations. There is also guidance available on MyNapier.
Any report of breach of the conduct regulations will lead to an investigation and potential disciplinary action undertaken by the University.
Depending on the seriousness of the breach, you may receive:
- A warning
- An invitation to a Student Conduct Hearing
- An invitation to the Student Conduct Panel
Penalties imposed range from a written reprimand to expulsion from the university.
