Join us for the Societies and Sports Awards Ball on Friday 27 March 2026! Tickets are now on sale and nominations are open for the awards.
The Ball will be returning to the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC). It is an opportunity for all the amazing societies and sports clubs at Edinburgh Napier University to come together for a big party to celebrate their achievements over the past academic year.
This legendary event sold out last year, so get the date marked in your calendar, book the time off work, and get your ticket early to avoid missing out!
Open to all Edinburgh Napier students (no membership required) and you are welcome to bring a guest.
The night will feature:
- drinks reception with complimentary drink
- professional group photos
- 2 course table-served meal
- awards ceremony
- live music and ceilidh dancing

ENSA needs YOU to help us celebrate the very best of Edinburgh Napier!
Nominations are now open for our upcoming Awards Ball, and this is your chance to recognise the clubs, societies, and individuals who have gone above and beyond this year. If you think your club, society, committee, or a fellow member deserves special recognition, we want to hear from you!
All award winners are chosen solely based on student nominations - so if no one puts their name forward, they simply can’t win. No nominations = no awards!
Has your club or society smashed competitions, impressed you with standout social media content, hosted unforgettable events, or made a real impact in the wider community?
Has your committee worked tirelessly behind the scenes, or is there a member who has inspired you with their talent, dedication, leadership, or just their all-round amazing attitude?
Now’s the time to give them the recognition they deserve. Submit a nomination and tell us their story! You’ll need to write a minimum of 50 words explaining why they should win - strong, detailed nominations give candidates the best chance of taking home an award.
