Last Week's Question

Thanks to all who responded to our question about Napier's 'Fit to Sit' policy for assessments.

83 students responded across Instagram and our website, and It seems like some work is still to be done to make everyone aware of what this important policy means for students and their assessments. Over a third of respondants said they had never heard of Fit to Sit before, with a further fifth having never read the rules, despite having heard of them. However, those who had read them, for the most part understand them clearly.

The Univeristy has created a video explaing Fit to Sit which was shared on their media channels, and reshared by ENSA, last week and we'll be looking to other ways we can try and get this information across. More info on Fit to Sit can be found here. If you need help understanding anything, book an appointment with ENSA Advice.

Results:

  • Yes and I understand them: 38%
  • Yes but they are confusing: 6%
  • Yes but I haven't read them: 22%
  • No I haven't heard of them: 34%
