Every year of every programme of study needs at least one and, depending on the size of your class, usually two or three students to be Reps. As a Rep, your job would be to raise students’ issues and suggestions for improvements with the teaching staff on your programme.
It's an opportunity to create positive change while developing your skills. You will receive training from ENSA, and those who actively attend meetings will also get official recognition on their University transcript.
This opportunity can enhance your:
- negotiation skills
- communication skills
- presentation skills
- report-writing skills
- engagement in University decision-making
The time commitment is only a few hours every month. Your Programme Leader should ask for volunteers near the start of term, so let them know if you are interested!
