Kick the habit, before the habit kicks you!
If quitting smoking is your new year’s resolution for 2021, or you’ve been thinking of stopping for a while, we want to help give you the inspiration to kick the habit for good.
There’s no better time to stop than right now! The sooner you quit, the sooner you’ll see the benefits to your health and bank balance.
Over the week commencing 18 January we’ll be supporting smokers with their attempts to quit with some online talks and information sessions:
- 20 January – Look out for our video on social media highlighting the effects of smoking and sharing great tips on how to quit
Plus we’re asking students who were former smokers to share your success stories – how long did you smoke for and what helped you to quit? Do you have any great tips to share? Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
