About Us

University life can be fast-paced and overwhelming, with deadlines and the constant hustle our society is here to help you unwind and recharge amongst the chaos.

Each week, we offer beginner-friendly yoga sessions that help you unwind, stretch and lift your mood, no experience needed! Classes are held on Thursday from 7-8pm at the Merchiston campus and we use the Spond app for weekly class sign-ups via our group ‘Napier Yoga and Wellbeing Members’.

Outside of our weekly classes we run a variety of relaxing craft and wellness socials from candle making to totebag decorating and.... the occasional cold water plunge! These are a great way to unwind, switch off, and connect with like-minded people in a supportive atmosphere. To end the year we offer an optional yoga retreat where we take our practice into nature which is a chance for you to get outdoors and take in some wonderful scenery.
